Whole Raw Food & Nutrition
Sheryl's journey into raw foods began in the fall of 2010, at the Living Light Culinary Institute in Fort Bragg, CA where she enrolled in courses and became a Certified Raw Food Educator.
Sheryl has always been interested in food and nutrition. She was a chef on a private yacht before becoming an entrepreneur and business owner. Her interest in culinary herbs, health and wellness has encouraged her to take part in teaching and educating about the nutritional and health benefits of raw foods. She will be assisting in Raw Food classes with instructor Cindy Douglas of Whole Raw Food Now.
Cindy's passion for education and encouraging healthy lifestyles in others is inspirational.
